We are not replacing Foxglove — we sit downstream of review, at train-ready packaging + contract enforcement.

What we optimize for first

  • One real capture path (MP4 or MCAP) → `episode.yaml` that validates without hand-editing YAML.
  • Ed25519-signed `release_manifest.json` verifiable with `br-pipeline verify` + a published public key.
  • Buyer acceptance profile (Base vs Production) agreed before data moves.
